CANCELLATIONS
I do not accept cancellations. If you have questions about your order please ask first. Deposits on custom orders or commissions are non-refundable.
My dolls take substantial time and materials investment to complete - thank you for your understanding.
AMENDMENTS TO YOUR ORDER
If buyer-requested adjustments are substantial, or late in the project, this will incur additional fees. These will correlate to the individual cost of the service being repeated or fixed (repainting the doll face, drawing on new tattoos, removing and replacing hair etc). Amendments will not be possible after the doll is already photographed and packaged.
RETURNS
I do not offer returns. Please be sure of your purchase before finalising, I'm always happy to answer questions.
Exception is made if the wrong item has been sent.
In case of damage, please retain all packaging for insurance claims. I may ask you to provide photos.
POSTAGE
I am not responsible for any customs/import taxes incurred by your order entering your country. In the event of a package being refused, or undelivered and returned to me, I will contact you to arrange redelivery.
DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?
I ship to most countries. Unfortunately, at this time I do not ship to Russia, Ukraine or Germany. I also do not send large dolls (such as Angie and Poppy) to Australia due to exceptionally high shipping costs.
